Meet NICOLE 

Nicole has a long history as a nurse working with newborns and families.  With a Masters in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health, Nicole understands the difficulties many parents face raising their children.  This includes adjusting to new parenting as well as postnatal depression and generalised anxiety.
  
Nicole also enjoys supporting couples who are going through challenging times and the satisfaction of seeing these relationships improve.  Nicole has always had an interest in mental health and is also experienced in supporting people with a range of concerns including depression and anxiety.  

​Nicole turned to counselling as she wanted to provide more emotional support to families.

Nicole does a combination of online sessions via Zoom and phone, allowing clients from any area to access these services.

Fees
 
Individual adult session:
60 min $159

Couples / family sessions:
​80-90 min $189

All fees to be paid prior to the session via credit card or bank transfer
​$50 cancellation fee applies if less than 24 hours notice given
